Privacy policy
ConZio collects the minimum information needed to respond to you and deliver what you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

1. Who we are
ConZio LLC ("ConZio", "we", "us") is a technology-driven digital solutions company based in Houston, Texas, operating the website at conziotech.com. To reach us about this policy, call (832) 303-9719 or use the contact form and select "Something else".
2. What we collect
Information you give us
Our forms collect only what is needed for the request being made:
- Digital Business Score: name, email, business name, website, business type, primary goal, and any optional notes.
- Audit, implementation and product requests: the above plus phone (optional), the package or product selected, budget range (optional), and your project description.
- Contact enquiries: name, email, business name, phone (optional), website, location, area of interest and your message.
Fields marked optional are genuinely optional. Leaving them blank does not affect our reply.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider logs standard technical data for each visit — IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp — used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic counts. It is not used to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
- No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
- No payment card details. Payments are handled by a payment provider; ConZio never sees or stores card numbers.
- No special category data such as health, biometric or political information.
The interactive Digital Score estimator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs are never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
3. Why we use it
- To respond. Every form exists so we can reply to what you asked.
- To deliver. Preparing your score, audit, product or engagement requires the details you provided.
- To take payment. Where you purchase something, your name and email are shared with our payment provider to issue the payment link and receipt.
- To keep the site working. Technical logs help diagnose errors and block abuse.
- To improve. Aggregate, non-identifying traffic patterns inform what we build next.
4. Legal basis
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies we rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries you initiate and securing the site; contract for delivering services you have engaged us for; and consent where you opt in to updates, withdrawable at any time.
5. Who else sees your data
A small number of providers process data on our instructions only: hosting and form handling, domain and DNS services, email delivery, and a payment processor for purchases. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
6. International transfers
Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects — up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and transaction records — for the engagement and up to 7 years after, where tax or legal obligations require it.
- Technical logs — typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the provider.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Submit a request through the contact form describing what you need. We respond within 30 days and do not charge a fee.
If you are in the UK or EEA and believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Form submissions travel encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send.
10. Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be noted clearly.
Questions about your data? Call (832) 303-9719 or use the contact form. Every request is read by a person and answered within 30 days.
