Terms of use
These terms apply when you use conziotech.com or submit a request through it. By using the site you agree to them.
LAST UPDATED: 26 AUGUST 2026
1. About this site
conziotech.com is operated by ConZio LLC, a company based in Houston, Texas. The site describes our services and digital products and provides ways to request them.
No payment is processed on this website. Requesting a service or product sends us an enquiry. If a purchase follows, you receive a secure payment link from a payment provider along with the scope in writing. Submitting any form on this site charges you nothing and creates no obligation.
2. Prices and quotes
Published prices — including the $149 audit, implementation starting at $750 and monthly plan rates — are current at the time of publication and may change. Final pricing for implementation depends on project scope and is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. A contract forms only when a written scope is agreed by both parties.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
ConZio does not guarantee search rankings, traffic volume, lead volume, conversion rates or revenue. These depend on your market, competition, budget, timing and how consistently a plan is followed. We commit to performing the scoped work competently and reporting honestly on it.
Assessments, audits and recommendations are professional opinions based on information available at the time. They are not warranties.
4. Services
Services are delivered under a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, deliverables and revision terms. Where this website and a signed agreement conflict, the agreement governs.
The free Digital Business Score is provided as a courtesy. It carries no warranty and creates no obligation on either side.
5. Digital products
Digital products are licensed to you for use within your own business, including for your own clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute or republish them as your own product. Because they are delivered digitally they are non-returnable once downloaded; if a product materially differs from its description, contact us and we will refund it.
6. Using the forms
When you submit any form you agree that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that we may use it to respond as described in the privacy policy. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to the site or connected systems.
- Do not interfere with the site's operation, including automated scraping that degrades performance.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious content.
- Do not reproduce substantial portions of the site's content or design for a competing offering.
8. Intellectual property
Content, design, code, graphics and branding on this site are owned by ConZio LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works without written permission.
Work produced under a client engagement transfers to the client as set out in that engagement's agreement. Our general methods, templates and know-how remain ours.
9. No professional advice
Content here is general information about our approach and capabilities. It is not legal, financial, tax or security advice for your specific situation. Consult a qualified professional before acting on it.
10. Third-party links and tools
The site and our recommendations may reference third-party tools and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or privacy practices.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may modify or discontinue any part of it without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConZio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ConZio LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Texas, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted and the date above changes. Continued use means you accept the revision.
